A number of months ago, I wrote a blog about the fact that Detroit Harley Davidson had closed, and the building was now the home of Detroit Motorcycle, Parts, Sales and Service. One of the owners, Dale Archambault is an old friend of mine, who has been the mechanic on my motorcycles for over 20 years. In my opinion you won’t find a better “wrench” anywhere. One of Dale’s customers bikes, that he worked the customizing on, just took 2nd place in the “bagger class” at the Rat’s Hole show.
I’m very pleased that Dale has taken this big step. Now we all need to go over to Van Dyke, just north of 10 mile, in Centerline, and support the”can do” spirit that helped make this country. I’ll be there on Saturday with the “Michigan Biker Girls”, who will be signing calendars, and just saying hello to all of the bikers who come out to support Michigan Motorcycle at the Open House party.
