Smart Watch?

As if we motorcyle riders don’t have enough to worry about with distracted drivers looking at their cell phones for messages and texting, now it seems the “geniuses” from Silicon Valley have come up with a wristwatch which can be used to read texts , scan Twitter, or check their Facebook pages. Wonderful. Just what we don’t need. People riding around in their cars, with their hands on the wheel glancing at their wrist and reading texts instead of looking where they’re supposed to be going. Sony and Motorola have them out now. Next you’ll see ads for the iWatch from Apple. That’ll seal the deal. EVERY DRIVER will be wearing one. How about a watch that warns you that you’re not looking at the road? Now that would be a smart watch. This idea, in my opinion, is a dumb watch.
